Still havenâ€™t received shipment	December 20, 2019

Overall the ordering process was simple and easy. However, my item was received in LA on the 4th and (apparently) sat for 4 days, until I received an update on the 8th saying it was ‘in transit to the next facility’... still no update since then. I know this is not at all your fault, but I’m still left feeling a little sour over all. Will check with usps tomorrow to make sure my package has not been lost.
